We aim to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original condition with tags attached. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Hotboxx Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use the website.
